What is our Replace or Exchange policy?

SmartShoppers.pk offers its customers a “05 DAYS EXCHANGE/REPLACE SERVICE” wherein you can raise the exchange/replace request of a product within 5 days of its delivery.

Are There Any Charges On Exchange/To Replace a Defected Product?

No! There are no charges on exchange/replace for products that are faulty or defected in anyway. Our customer care center is open 24/7, you may contact them through WhatsApp, send them the following details:
1- Your name,
2- Order id,
3- Images of faulty product (will be used as evidence),
4- Description of product’s fault
5- Your contact number,
They will contact you ASAP and exchange/replace your parcel within 10 working days without any cost.

Note: If u want to exchange/replace faulty products, you will have to send back the product to our official address and after receiving your product, our officer will call you for confirmation and then resend your new parcel to your designated address.

If We Don’t Like the Products Then How We Exchange/Replace Them?

SmartShoppers.pk has built its policies very flexible for its customers. If any of our valued customers don’t like our products or want to order any other product from our website in replacement of the previous order, they will have to first send back the received product to our official address. After we receive the product, our officer will communicate with you and ask you for the product which you would like to replace your first order with, and will then send the selected product to your provided address. Replacement can be made within 5 working days. For this type of Replacement/Exchange, Rs 250/pkr will be charged.

Note: Products that you Replace/Exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. Products once used cannot be exchanged in any manner.

Is There Any Refund Policy On SmartShoppers.pk?

Your product may be eligible for a refund depending on the product condition. Please see the detailed terms below.

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
  4. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
