Frequently asked questions

Where does the 5 ft Christmas tree fit best?

In most rooms, including flats with low ceilings. At about 152 cm it leaves plenty of space for a star on top. It works well as a family tree in a lounge or a kids’ room. If your ceiling is 7 ft or more and you want the tree to fill the room, look at the 6 ft tree. In Karachi, the 4 ft tree is a slimmer option.

Do I need to assemble the 5 ft tree?

Yes, a little. The 5 ft tree comes in parts with a metal stand, and the whole box weighs about 4 kg, so it is easy to carry in. Fix the stand, join the parts, then open every branch from the bottom up. The box looks small for a 5 ft tree because it is packed in parts.

How should I decorate the 5 ft tree?

The metal stand holds a normal amount of ornaments and fairy lights. Our customers used a silver star, red bows, and red and white balls. Spread the ornaments evenly, keep heavier ones low and near the trunk, and put light pieces on the top branches. Decorations are not included and are in our decorations.

Can I order the 5 ft tree from outside Karachi?

Yes. The 5 ft tree is the smallest size we deliver across Pakistan. Delivery takes up to 3 working days in Karachi, up to 7 in major cities and up to 10 in remote areas. The smaller 1 to 4 ft trees are Karachi only, so the 5 ft is the one to choose for family in other cities.
