Frequently asked questions

Where does the 6 ft Christmas tree fit best?

In a living room or an office lobby with a ceiling of 7 ft or more. It is about 183 cm tall, about the height of an adult, and still leaves space for a star. Our customers set it up at home with candy canes, red berries and lights. For a smaller room, the 5 ft tree is easier; for a ceiling of 8 ft or more, the 7 ft tree.

Do I need to assemble the 6 ft tree?

Yes. The 6 ft tree comes in parts with a metal stand. Fix the stand, slot the parts together, and then open the branches one by one, starting at the bottom. One of our 6 ft customers said the tree was so full that it looked like a real tree. Watch the video above if you are not sure how to do it.

How should I decorate the 6 ft tree?

There is room for a full set of ornaments. Our customers used candy canes and red berries, colourful balls with gifts underneath, and blue and silver balls. Wrap fairy lights first, then add ornaments, heavier ones low and near the trunk. Decorations are sold separately in our decorations and can go in the same order.

Is the 6 ft tree heavy to carry?

No. The box weighs about 5 kg, because the tree is packed in parts with its metal stand. That is also why the box looks smaller than you might expect for a 6 ft tree. It is light enough to carry in yourself, and it reaches its full height once you join the parts and open the branches.
